Oxxford Clothes is the last remaining suit manufacturer in the United States that hand tailors their suits. As such, the Chicago based company is popular with many people who prefer to buy American, such as former US Presidents George Bush Sr, George W Bush, Gerald Ford and Lyndon Johnson. Oxxford suits were the suit of preference for mob boss Al Capone.
Oxxford was founded in 1916 by Louis and Jacob Weinberg. Oxxford suits were named best suit by the Robb Report in 2007. Forbes magazine rated Oxxford as the best US made suit in 2001.
